What to Include in Your Email
Subject: Custom Shirt Request
In your email, include:
- Full Name
- Contact Email
- Quantity Needed
- Shirt Size(s)
- Shirt Color
- Design Color (1 color only)
- Print Placement (front, back, left chest, etc.)
- Preferred Print Size
- Needed-By Date
- Any Special Instructions
- Attach your artwork file
Print Requirements
- Maximum printable area: 13″ x 19″
- Print type: 1-color designs only
- Designs must fit within the allowed print area
Artwork Guidelines
- High-resolution files are strongly recommended (300 DPI+)
- Transparent background preferred (PNG or vector formats)
- Accepted file types: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD
Important:
Low-quality or small images may not produce clean prints. If your file needs adjustments, we will notify you.
Design & Setup Notes
- We accept ready-to-print artwork, but we can assist with minor adjustments or cleanup if needed
- Complex edits or full design work may require an additional fee
- A digital preview/mockup may be provided before production
Additional Information
- Final print results may vary slightly from on-screen mockups due to material and ink behavior
- Please clearly specify if your design is for front, back, or multiple placements
- Pricing will be confirmed after reviewing your design and order details
- Rush orders depend on availability and must be clearly indicated in your email
