Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Item must include all original tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

VOID Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized products
• Custom artwork orders
• Items marked final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Because many of our products are made to order, custom designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VOID Apparel cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
